You can join anything from a 30-day trial course through advanced mini-seminars based on your present skill and comfort level. All classes will help you develop a strong foundation of technique and help you find the confidence you need to get to know your body, its limits, and most importantly its potential.

We are a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu + Fitness academy based in Ephrata, WA focused on individual and community growth through a range of programs for kids and adults.
